How do I become a member?

After buying one of the subscriptions above, an e-mail with a link to the account setup will be sent to you. You just have to chose a password and login afterwards. You will find the links to the premium step by step tutorials and the graffiti generator with working download-button. If you have chosen the annual plan, you will also find a list of the available downloads right after the login.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you want to cancel your subscription, please contact us at support@graffiti-empire.com with the e-mail address associated with your account.

How much does it cost to setup or quit the subscription?

There are no additional costs for the setup or quitting the subscription.

Is the subscription recurring?

Yes, the subscriptions are recurring until you cancel them.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Go to the login-page and click the “forgot password”-link below the login form. You will be redirected to page where can input your e-mail-address. An email with another link will be sent to you, where you can set your new password.

Can I issue refunds/are they free of charge?
